This book is very clearly written, in fact it reminds me of Eienstien's quite about making everything as simple as possible.  Michael Bungay does this well.  He cuts through all the coaching rubbish that is written trying to make it really complex and hard.  It is hard, because these complex human beings are at the core of the process, so lets not make it hard to actually coach by creating really complex models to follow.  Ultimately humans won't adhere to them.
